Sisters Urban Photography Session {Tucson Portrait Photographer}

We had a great time photographing these beautiful twin sisters who also happen to be my VERY first models 11years ago when I got my first digital camera!  So here they are all grown up, and thank goodness my photography skills have grown up along with them! ;)  They are gorgeous and sweet and kind and here is a sneak peek.  The next day we did their big sister's Senior Photo Session, who happens to be my Goddaughter, so these girls are very special to me and made this photo session extra meaningful.  I just can't believe how FAST they are growing up! Spring is arriving in Tucson {Family Portrait Photographer}

I am working on a custom coffee table book that includes all of the images from this incredible photo session for this beautiful family and came across one that I just I had to spend some extra time working on.  I can totally see it this as a huge canvas wall art in their home. Newborn & Infant Photographer ~ Tucson, Arizona

Editing lots of lovely photography sessions this week and I just had to take a break and share a few more from a recent newborn portrait session.  She was SO good and we got such amazing images...looking forward to meeting up with mom and dad again soon!  Newborns are best photographed 5-10 days because they are still so sleepy and squishy, it makes posing much easier and we don't have to disturb them...I love the little peach fuzz, the pucker lips and the rare little dreamy (gas?) smiles that we are sometimes lucky to capture.  LOVE my job!  Thanks again to Shelbie for assisting! More Above All Fabric Kids! {Sneak Peek!}

Had a wonderful mamma watch my boys last week so I could work since it was Spring Break --- is March almost OVER?!?!? --- and it turns out BOTH of her daughters are gorgeous, but one was just meant to wear and model this dress by Melanie at Above All Fabric! It fit her perfectly, and then I discovered that Miss B had taken one of Melanie's sewing classes over Spring Break as well! Totally menat to be - so much fun! Well, Miss B rocked that dress and I couldn't choose which was my favorite to post since there are so many, but this seems to be one of them and shows the beautiful fabric and pattern as well. Real Moments Captured by Wondertime Photography {Tucson Portrait Photographers }

 
 
Over the past several months I have had the honor of working with my amazing <Swedish> husband on my many of of our on-location family photo sessions, and let me tell you he is GOOD.  It's kind of unfair in a way, but in a good way, if you know what I mean.  His name is Owe (sounds some like oooh-vey) and we moved back to the US together in 1998 after I lived in Gothenburg for over a year. He's encouraged me through the years to follow my dreams and become educated and now a certified professional photographer and is quickly moving up through the ranks from mere "Best Boy or Grip" as they like to say in the movie credits, so full fledged second shooter.  And he's GOOD.  He has a way of capturing those very REAL moments, when nobody is aware of him...the laughter, the genuine play of a little girl and her dolls as she waits for her sister to finish up with her turn.  Check this out...I just really love them.  They really speak to me of the true meaning of CHILDHOOD.  These were captured by him and edited by yours truely.  Owe - you will always be my Best Boy and you can shoot by my side anytime! :) ~M

Newborn & Baby Portrait Photographer in Tucson! {Sneak Peek!}

Today we had a wonderful portrait session with a sweet little girl who is the perfect age for newborn pictures - 7 days old!  This little girl was so good that I got a great "yoga" workout moving her from pose to pose - location to location with the wonderful help from the lovely Shelbie - my awesome assistant for today's session. Beautiful Children ~ Tucson Portrait Photographer

I have always loved taking pictures.  Then I realized I how much I adored taking pictures of newborns, babies, children, high school seniors and families.  Then I realized I was creating portraits and art of your children and family and your life - your life, your love. Capturing moments in time, who you really are and an experience, a feeling - that you get to treasure and enjoy as art in your home. I am happy, grateful and proud to say this passion has turned into a wonderful career. Just a little thank you note on a Saturday. :)
